Kevin Padrick, Trustee Did NOT do right by the Summit Creditors. "legal fees that have been hijacked right before the very eyes" The Goal has always been to provide Transparency. Who was protecting the Creditors? Not Kevin Padrick, Not Steven Hedberg of Perkins Coie, Pamela Griffith DOJ or Judge Randall Dunn

"Crystal:

The articles you've been writing the last few weeks are well thought out and very well written. I'm been reading the majority of what is hitting my google alerts.

I hope and pray that it makes a difference in this bankruptcy and that all the legal fees that have been hijacked right before the very eyes of the creditors will be ordered back into the BK estate and turned over to the creditors.

I am still scratching my head over how this whole Portland BK/attorney/judge/trustee culture of mutual benefit corruption exists out of the sight of public scrutiny.

I had one question I wanted to ask....... are you really getting emails from any of the creditors? I believe the creditors don't want to know or believe the truth due to their underlying hope that the trustee gets all their money back. Who can blame them?

I believe the tipping point will be when they see the likelihood of what they'll be getting back and the amounts paid for the legal wrangling and extortion, mostly Padrick and Tonkon Torp, are completely out of whack. However, there isn't anything in the confirmed bankruptcy plan that says Padrick ever has to report anything to all those creditors out there.

All he has to do is "shall, no less than quarterly, provide financial reports on the operations of the Liquidating Trust to the Advisory Committee".

The Advisory Committee, which consists of three of the members of the original, I think corrupt, Creditors Committee has no obligation to share that financial information with anyone. One creditor has said there is no information available to them, all they know is when they get a check. I've been thinking about this creditors committee.

The three left are Candice Sullivan (Trust Manager of the exchanger "Jerry S. Berez Trust in Austin), exchanger Mike Allesandro (Ranch Santa Fe, CA) and Rolland "Cork" Andrews (Kalispell, MT).

Somehow I suspect that the corrupt ones who made a deal with Padrick are gone and not looking back, knowing that they took care of themselves while the other creditors get screwed.

Why would Annie Tennant Buell be such an outspoken critic before the BK plan, then just completely disappear in any role in the BK? Same with Ben Beseda of Tenneson Engineering Corp? Why would they have given up complete control to Kevin Padrick?

Annie Buell is a control freak and Ben Beseda is one of the freaks that is on your website all the time.
