Fraud on the Courts: Judge Marco Hernandez knows full well that the Summit Bankruptcy was Big News, yet he claimed, in his judicial capacity that Blogger Crystal Cox was the only one with Interest in the Summit Bankruptcy

Judge Marco Hernandez and Tonkon Torp Attorneys refuse to Sign Conflict of Interest Disclosures. I have a right to a fair and impartial judge and judicial process. Obsidian V. Cox was a Fraud on the Courts from the very beginining and continues to be a Fraud on the Courts that Taxpayers are Paying for.

I Crystal Cox, was reporting on Federal Indictments, on a Federal Bankruptcy and all the lawsuits and activities that happened within and yet Judge Hernandez singled me out as the only blogger in the world that the Law does not apply to.

Source of Post seeming to claim Kevin Padrick of a "shakedown", sounds a bit like extortion. This story was big news and for years, yet Judge Marco Hernandez says I, Blogger Crystal Cox am the only one to ever have an issue with the Summit Bankruptcy or Kevin Padrick.

"explosive claim", see Kevin Padrick was highly controversial and was a public figure in the Summit Bankruptcy Proceedings yet Judge Hernandez in protecting Perkins Coie, Steven Hedberg and Michael Simon as well as PacifiCorp, the Interests of Senator Gordon Smith and Senator Ron Wyden, Judge Hernandez.

"lawyers were scathing in their criticism of Padrick's lawsuit", Yet Judge Marco Hernandez, the New York Times, and Forbes seem to claim that I was the only one critical of Obsidian Finance Group.  Obsidian Finance Principal David Brown, VP Patty Whittington, and Principal Kevin Brown claimed under Oath that no one else but the Summit Whistle Blower Stephanie DeYoung, had said anything negative, that is simply FALSE and easily proven. 

Judge Hernandez seemed to know the head juror, whom I filed a complaint regarding a possible connection with the VP of Obsidian Finance Group Patty Whittington and this motion was flatly denied.

Judge Hernandez said in a court document that David Brown Obsidian could not just state a loss, it was here say, then he let him anyway.

Kevin Padrick sued many, was in major media, was a Federal Appointed Trustee, Received Tax Credits and more ... and yet Judge Marco Hernandez said Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group was not a Public Figure.
