Blogger Crystal Cox was ALWAYS Reporting the Summit Bankruptcy Story, and Never Defamed Anyone. Crystal Cox Blogger was bringing you the News of what people inside the Summit Bankruptcy were Experiencing, Seeing. And the Documents, Audios and Videos to Back This UP. Obsidian Finance Group and Tonkon Torp Law Firm are NOT Innocent.

Stephanie DeYoung, Bankruptcy Whistleblower, Summit Bankruptcy Insider.

The Department of Justice Trustee that Appointed Kevin Padrick as Trustee, at the EXTREME pressuring of Judge Randall Dunn, as we easily Note in the AudioPamela Griffith, she worked with Leon Simson of Tonkon Torp at a previous Law Firm and this conflict of Interest was duly noted in the Objection to the Fees in the Summit Bankruptcy filed by several insiders. This was also an Objection to the Fees of Obsidian Finance Group and with VERY Valid Reasons.

Pamela Griffith, Leon Simson and Kevin Padrick also all worked together at Miller Nash? Did Pamela Griffith's boss, the US Trustee Know all This?  This is Serious and no one was or is paying attention to what goes on with the Creditors money in Bankruptcy Courts.

This is an issue that is Of Public Concern, your Tax Dollars Pay Pamela Griffith, Department of Justice Trustee and Judge Randall Dunn and this ALL has been something that both Stephanie DeYoung, Bankruptcy Whistle Blower and Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox have been shouting from the rooftop for 3 years.

We should be able to file a Qui Tam Lawsuit, a Whistle Blower Lawsuit under the False Claims act and get a percentage of recovery. If you are a lawyer wanting to represent in this, please email me at Crystal@CrystalCox.com

The Videos Below have Been Online Since July of 2009

Part 1 - Summit 1031 BK Reporting by Stephanie Studebaker-DeYoung

Part 2 - Summit 1031 BK Reporting by Stephanie Studebaker-DeYoung

$469,000 for 3 Months, WoW, Kevin Padrick sure was raking in the dough, and it is now several years later and last I noted at the end of January 2012, the Bankruptcy was Still open and Kevin Padrick was still raking in Money.

Perkins Coie 5 Months, $265,000

Tonkon Torp 3 Months $268,000.

Obsidian Finance Group $184,000. (They Were Supposed to HELP Summit and Instead Obsidian Finance Group Betrayed their own clients. They were suppose to create value. Obsidian Finance Group did not DO what they Said they would.  Instead Kevin Padrick was working to get the Creditors Job)

There was no oversight in the Summit Bankruptcy, Period.

Pamela Griffith, Department of Justice, a Public Figure, WAS not acting in the Highest Fiduciary Honor, instead Pamela Griffith was protecting and serving her "Cronies".  The FBI, IRS, Department of Justice, Oregon Attorney General, US Attorney General NEED to Take another look at all this. It has been brought to the attention of the Department of Justice, the Bankruptcy Courts, Several Federal Judges, Many Attorneys and they all still ignore what went on, even so far as to grant a $2.5 Million Dollar Judgement to the Blogger Exposing the Story, that was really happening to these people involved and for years.

Pamela Griffith, Department of Justice, will be named in a Criminal Complaint and a Federal RICO Lawsuit, that I am filing in the next 3 months. Along with Perkins Coie, Tonkon Torp, Leon Simson, David Aman, David Brown, Patricia Whittington, Judge Randall Dunn, and many others.

Part 3 - Summit 1031 BK Reporting by Stephanie Studebaker-DeYoung

Patricia Whittington of Obsidian Finance Group Signed the Contract for Kevin Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group had with Summit, they all knew what was going on and even when an Insider showed the Department of Justice, Pamela Griffith and the Bankruptcy Judge, Judge Randall Dunn, the Conflicts of Interest, Documents of Proof, these "Officials" in the name of Highest Fiduciary Duty IGNORED what was going on.

Do your homework on the Summit Bankruptcy. This Very Transparent Bankruptcy is how there is so much room for corruption in the Bankruptcy Courts. There is no real oversight, NONE. And oftentimes those in charge are all in bed together raking in massive amounts of money, unchecked by those that your tax dollars pay to provide alleged oversight in the Bankruptcy process.
